TNK was founded by former Division 1 athletes who both dealt with mental health struggles. In talking to each other they knew they couldn’t be alone, so they started talking to others. 

What they found was a massive community of athletes, fitness enthusiasts, and humans who faced similar struggles. There was another throughline between all these people. They used exercise as a way to help support their mental health. 

Knowing they weren’t alone but this was a large group they set out to change the conversation around fitness and mental health.
